1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OmniReserve ("the Platform"), owned and operated by DailyTechSaga Corp., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including clients and vendors.
2. Description of Service
OmniReserve is an online marketplace that connects clients with service vendors across categories including beauty, wellness, home services, technology, restaurants, and more. We provide the platform and tools; the actual services are provided by independent vendors. OmniReserve also operates a Cross-Category Marketing Programme that, with client consent, allows vendors to reach prospective clients in other service categories through platform-mediated communications.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use core features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@dailytechsaga.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are independent service providers and not employees of OmniReserve. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services. Vendors must maintain accurate business information, respond to booking requests in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details, attending confirmed appointments, and treating vendors with respect. Repeated no-shows or cancellations without notice may result in account suspension.
6. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to vendor availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies are set by individual vendors. OmniReserve is not liable for losses arising from cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows by either party. Disputes between clients and vendors should first be resolved directly; unresolved disputes may be escalated to our support team.
7. Payments
Pricing is set by vendors and displayed at the time of booking. OmniReserve may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for pricing disputes. All fees are in the currency displayed and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with the vendor.
8. Cross-Category Marketing Programme — Vendor Terms
Vendors may participate in OmniReserve's Cross-Category Marketing Programme to reach prospective clients who have used the Platform in a different service category. By participating, vendors agree to all of the following conditions:
Platform-mediated only: All outreach to prospective clients under this Programme is conducted exclusively by OmniReserve. Vendors do not receive, access, download, or retain client phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal contact information belonging to clients they did not directly service.
Consent-based targeting: Messages are sent only to clients who have expressly opted in to the Programme. Vendors may not request or facilitate outreach to clients who have not consented.
Content standards: Vendors must provide accurate, non-misleading promotional content for any messages sent on their behalf. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their promotional content complies with all applicable advertising laws.
No independent contact: Vendors are strictly prohibited from using any information learned about a prospective client through this Programme (including their identity, preferences, or booking history) to contact them through any channel outside the Platform without obtaining independent, direct consent from that client.
Termination: OmniReserve reserves the right to suspend or remove a vendor from the Programme at any time for breach of these terms, provision of misleading content, or any conduct inconsistent with the interests of clients or the Platform.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to: post false or misleading information; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other accounts; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission; or attempt to contact, identify, or obtain contact information for clients who did not book directly with you, other than through OmniReserve's authorised marketing channels with proper consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of DailyTechSaga Corp. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
OmniReserve provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to OmniReserve in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
